Hey guys,

Here’s a headline from an article:

Love Handles: Lulu’s Allston of Boston

Enjoy carefully curated, cared-for beers with brunch in Beantown.

Lulu’s is a youthful city bar offering…a 50-line draft list

Is there a person who constantly monitors the handling of these beers from the bottling process to the customer being served these “cared-for” beers to make sure that the bottles or kegs aren’t being mishandled in ways that cause bruising of the beer? What happens if the delivery truck crosses a bunch of railroad tracks or hits a rough stretch of road?

And what exactly does “carefully curated” mean when you have a menu of 50+ brands? The restaurant buyer probably tells the distributor to drop off 20 cases of everything they distribute. So much for careful curation.☕️
